Privacy Policy

Last updated September 13, 2026.

This is the website of the Greg White for Alderman campaign, a candidate for City Council in the City of Benton, Arkansas. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

Two things, and that is all.

  • What you type into a form. Your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, the part of Ward 1 you live in, and whatever message you write.
  • Ordinary website analytics. Which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they are on. This is aggregate traffic data, not a file on you.

We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, your party registration, or anything else. We do not buy voter data and attach it to what you send us.

What we do with it

Let us be plain about this, because a lot of campaign privacy policies are not. If you fill out a form on this site, we will use it for campaign purposes. That means Greg or someone helping him may contact you to follow up on what you asked for, to arrange a yard sign, to coordinate volunteering, or to remind you to vote before the election on November 3, 2026.

That is the point of the form. We are telling you up front rather than burying it.

Text messages

This campaign does not send text messages. If you give us a phone number, it is so Greg can call you. We are not going to sign you up for campaign texts, and we have not built anything on this site that could.

What we will not do

  • We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any amount.
  • We do not share it with other campaigns, candidates, committees, or political parties. What you send this campaign stays with this campaign.
  • We do not run advertising trackers that build an audience out of your political interest. This site uses ordinary traffic analytics and nothing else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets analytics cookies to understand how people find and use it. The notice you saw on your first visit tells you that. Some essential cookies may also be set so the site works correctly, for example to keep a form submission secure.

The notice is exactly that, a notice. It is not a consent choice, and dismissing it does not switch anything off. If you would rather not have cookies from this site, you can clear them or block them in your browser settings, and every major browser lets you do that per site.

Third parties

A short list, and it is the whole list.

  • Google Analytics, for the traffic measurement described above.
  • Nothing for fonts. The typefaces on this site are served from this site, so your browser does not call out to a font company to read this page.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, which keeps automated junk out of the contact form. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to that check.
  • Our web host, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, as every web host does.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept through the end of this campaign and then cleared from the website's mailbox. The campaign keeps its own records for as long as Arkansas law requires a candidate to keep them, which is a separate matter from this website.

If you want us to delete what you sent, ask. Use the contact form or call, tell us the email address you used, and we will take care of it.

This site is not a voting authority

We link to the Saline County Clerk and the Arkansas Secretary of State for registration, early voting, and polling places on purpose. Those offices are the authority on when and where you vote. Please rely on them rather than on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Use the contact form or call the number in the footer. A real person reads it.
